Adventure Sports

Six ways to feel the rush. Water, air, rock—Baños turns wild terrain into safe, unforgettable experiences for everyone.

Embrace the Wild

Baños is considered the adventure capital of Ecuador—and one of the top spots in South America for outdoor sports. It sits between two national parks, at the base of an active volcano, and at the gateway to the Amazon. Few places offer such varied terrain in such a compact area. Rivers, cliffs, waterfalls, and thermal currents all converge here—turning Baños into a natural playground for adrenaline, nature, and everything in between.
